Translation strings for the user interface of Purple Pen. Contains all the user-visible strings EXCEPT those used for textual control descriptions.

The "&" is used before letters used as keyboard shortcuts. For example, the File menu appears as "&File", which makes Alt+F the keyboard shortcut for this menu. When translating text with an "&" used in this way, a new keyboard shortcut should be chosen and the "&" placed before that letter.
