There are 4 buttons in the history section \dash All Changes, Installations, Updates and Removals. Clicking one will show a list of days that action occurred. If you click the arrow next to a day, a list of individual packages will be shown, along with what was done with them and at what time. The history section shows all software history, not just from the \application{Software Center}. For example, packages updated through the \application{Update Manager} will also be listed.
