Here you will see Ubuntu's default selection of backgrounds, however, if you have your own pictures stored on your computer you can use these as well. To change the background simply click the picture you would like to use from the list in front of you. To use your own, click the \button{Add\ldots} button, and navigate to the image you want. Double-click it, and the change will take effect immediately. This image will also then be added to your list of available backgrounds.
