You can make new tags by opening the \menu{Tags} and choosing \menu{Create New Tag\ldots}. This will open up the \window{Create New Tag} window. Enter the name of the tag in the \textfield{Name of New Tag:} text field. The \dropdown{Parent Tag:} drop-down list allows you to choose the ``parent'' tag for your new tag.
