Not seeing the 'per application' option in 13.10--this entire section may need to be removed.
The ``per application'' based recommendations do not require log in. They are labeled as ``People Also Installed.'' These are the applications installed by users who also installed the application which you are about to install. These recommendations are shown in the detailed page of the particular application.
