Since log files can become quite large in size, let's start off by deleting your current OpenShot log files. The files can be found at the following file paths. The folder /.openshot_qt/ might be hidden and require viewing hidden files.

Also, please enable <strong>Debug Mode (Verbose)</strong> in the OpenShot Preferences before you verify your issue. Debug Mode will produce more detailed log files, however it will cause OpenShot to run much slower. So be sure to disable this option next time you use OpenShot.
