When you <link xref="prefs-language-install">install a language</link>, a suitable IM engine is automatically installed if applicable. For example, if you install Korean, the package <em>ibus-hangul</em> is installed, and the input source option <gui>Korean (Hangul)</gui> is made available next time you log in. You can also <link xref="addremove-install"> install</link> the IBus IM engine of your choice separately.
