This is related to the encoding used by the GNAT compiler. The debugger
should normally trust the contents of PAD types, but certain older versions
of GNAT have a bug that sometimes causes the information in the PAD type
to be incorrect. Turning this setting "off" allows the debugger to
work around this bug. It is always safe to turn this option "off", but
this incurs a slight performance penalty, so it is recommended to NOT change
this option to "off" unless necessary.

Ovo se odnosi na enkodiranje korišteno od strane GNAT kompajlera. Debugger
bi trebao normlno da vjeruje sadržaju PAD tipa, ali neke starije verzije
GNAT imaju grešku koja ponekad izaziva informacije PAD tipa
da budu pogrešne. Isključivanjem ovog parametra dopušta debugger-u da
