<p>The profile picture size specifies a maximum height and width in pixels for a user’s profile picture. All images uploaded to the profile pictures area will be resized to these dimensions.</p>

<p>Clicking on <b>Show my tags</b> will generate a list of those tags you have previously used within your portfolio and the number of times they have been entered. Clicking on an existing tag will add it to the tag list for the artefact or page you are currently creating or editing.</p>

<p>By default, your journals can only be seen by you. By adding a journal to a page that is shared with others, you can allow people to read it and post comments.</p>

<h3>Upload file</h3>
<p>You may attach any number of files to a journal entry. Files added to a journal entry are automatically stored within your file repository area and contribute to your file storage quota.</p>
<p>If you upload a file then cancel the entry or close the journals area without saving, those files will also be removed from your file repository.</p>
<p>If you attach an image to a journal entry, you can use the image button within the HTML editor to embed it into your entry. You will be able to change the size, alignment, border and space around the image using the fields provided.</p>
<p>You can also embed an image as a link from another web site. You can either enter the URL of the image or ‘drag and drop’ the image from the web site into the HTML editor. Please ensure you have the appropriate copyright permission to use this image.</p>
<p>For best results, images should be no more than 400x400 pixels and have less than 5 pixels of padding on each side.</p>

<h3>Last opp filer</h3>
<p>Du kan legge ved filer i bloggposter. Filene blir lagret på ditt filområde i en mappe med navn ‘blogfiles’og teller på fil-kvoten </p>
<p>Dersom du legger ved en fil til en blogg post og lukker eller avbryter uten å lagre, blir filen slettet.</p>
<p>Dersom du laster opp et bilde kan Idu bruke bildeknappen for å sette inn bildet i bloggposten. Du kan også velge størrelse og justering.</p>
<p>Du kan sette inn bilder fra andre nettsteder ved å lime inn adressen til bildet eller ‘dra og slippe’ bildet i redigeringsvinduet.
Husk å sjekke om du har lov til å bruke og kopiere bildet.</p>
<p>Bilder blir best dersom de er mindre enn 400x400 piksler og har mindre enn 5 piksler mellomrom rundt.</p>

<p>You can use drag-and-drop to organise your files and folders. Click on the folder or file icons and drag and drop them to the new location.</p>
