An ftps KIO slave for KDE 4, based on rfc4217 and build upon the ftp KIO-slave sources. it should work yet with most server implementations. it issues an "AUTH TLS" command after connecting and refuses to continue, when it's not supported. in prior to every data channel io command ("STOR", "RETR", etc) it tries to secure the data channel via "PBSZ" and "PROT" commands. if that fails it will transfer data unencrypted. there is currently no support for ssl-certificates. this might be added on demand.

Ce paquet fournit un esclave KIO ftps pour KDE[nbsp]4, basé sur la RFC[nbsp]4217 et construit sur les sources de l'esclave KIO ftp. Il devrait fonctionner avec la plupart des implémentations serveurs. Il envoie une commande «[nbsp]AUTH[nbsp]TLS[nbsp]» après la connexion et refuse de continuer lorsqu’elle n'est pas gérée. Avant chaque commande IO sur un canal de données («[nbsp]STOR[nbsp]», «[nbsp]RETR[nbsp]», etc.), il essaye de sécuriser le canal de données avec les commandes «[nbsp]PBSZ[nbsp]» et «[nbsp]PROT[nbsp]». Si cela échoue, il transfère les données de façon non sécurisée. Il n'y a actuellement aucune gestion des certificats SSL, elle pourrait être ajoutée suivant les demandes.
