Artha is a handy English thesaurus having distinct features like look up on a global hot key press, passive notifications of a selected text's definitions, suggestions for misspelled words, etc. Once launched, it sits on the system tray monitoring for a pre-set hot key combination. When some text is selected on any window and the hotkey is pressed, it pops-up with the word looked-up. Should the user prefer passive notifications over the app. popping-up, this can be done by enabling the notifications option.

Artha est un thésaurus pratique en anglais ayant des caractéristiques indéniables comme la recherche avec une touche de raccourci, les notifications passives de définitions d'un texte sélectionné, des suggestions pour les mots mal orthographiés, etc. Une fois lancé, il se place sur la barre d'état système pour intercepter une combinaison de touches pré-définie. Lorsque du texte est sélectionné dans n'importe quelle fenêtre et que la touche de raccourci est pressé, il ouvre une fenêtre pop-up avec le mot recherché. Si l'utilisateur préfère notifications passives au lieu des pop-ups de l'application, cela peut être fait en activant l'option notifications.
