For your listening pleasure, give <em>Exaile Music Player</em> a spin. It is capable of playing all your music, from mp3 to CD to live radio on the internet.

If you need to burn a CD or DVD, check out <em>Brasero</em>. It is very easy to use and will even burn the Xubuntu image for you.

All of these applications are available on the live CD, even while installing. Be adventurous!

After the installation completes, take a few minutes, hours, or even days to try out the new software. We think you will be amazed at the few things you need to add.

If you find yourself wanting something else, please check the <em>Ubuntu Software Center</em> out. It is much easier than searching the internet.

<em>Gnumeric</em> is a spreadsheet program with an emphasis on accuracy. It can also be used to merge mathematical data into Abiword documents.

For power users, the OpenOffice.org suite is available in just a few clicks – just install it from the Ubuntu Software Center.

Since you are installing this software using the Xubuntu Desktop CD, feel free to examine things as it installs. After the installation, the desktop will look much the same as it does now.
