Browsing Telugu translation

Translators: This is a label in the Preferences dialog box. It applies to a group of settings related to the border which separates the magnified and non-magnified views of the screen contents (i.e. when a split screen is being used). The options include whether or not there should be a border, the size of the border, and the color of the border.
