A list of applications that the user has blocked notifications from. For applications that are installed via Click packaging the strings are the name of the package and then the name of the application in the package. For dpkg based applications the strings are both the AppID of the application, or the desktop file name.

Per applicazioni installate dallo store le stringhe sono il nome del pacchetto e poi il nome dell'applicazione nel pacchetto.
