Most USB digital cameras will be automatically detected by Ubuntu. Simply plug in and switch on your USB digital camera, Ubuntu will then ask you if you would like to import the photos from your camera. Click on <guibutton>Import</guibutton>, Ubuntu will then show you a preview of your photos. Choose a location to save your photos to, then click on <guibutton>Import</guibutton>, Ubuntu will then save your photos to your hard drive.

Die meisten USB-Digitalkameras werden automatisch von Ubuntu erkannt. Einfach die USB-Digitalkamera mit dem Rechner verbinden und danach die Kamera einschalten. Ubuntu wird dich anschließend fragen, ob du die Bilder von der Kamera importieren möchtest. Beim Klick auf <guibutton>Import</guibutton>, zeigt dir Ubuntu eine Vorschau deiner Bilder an. Wähle einen Zielort zum Speichern deiner Fotos aus, klicke danach auf <guibutton>Import</guibutton>. Ubuntu wird anschließlich deine Bilder auf z.B. der Festplatte speichern.
