You can create a new document that can be linked to one or several applications (specifications of a project, FAQ for sales teams, etc.). Keywords can be used to easily tag wiki pages. You should use this application with the OpenERP web client interface.

Documents give you access to all files attached to any record. It is a repository of all documents such as emails, project-related attachments or any other documents. From this view, you can search through the content of the documents. OpenERP automatically assign meta data based on the record like the related partner and indexes the content of .DOC, .ODT, .TXT, .SXW and .PDF documents.
