<h3>Files</h3>
<p>Your files area is a repository for folders and files to use within your portfolio.</p>
<p>The number of files you may upload into your files area is dependant on your file storage limit which is displayed in the quota box in the sidebar.</p>
<p>You can select several files at once for upload in the file dialogue box.</p>
<p>You can use drag-and-drop to organise your files and folders. Click on the folder or file icons and drag and drop them to the new location.</p>
<p>For security reasons, your site administrator may restrict some file types from being uploaded.</p>

<h3>Reusable text box content</h3>
<p>It is possible to include the same text box content in several
blocks, and these blocks can appear on different pages. Updating the
text in one block will also change it in all other pages in which it
appears. You can see a list of all the pages on which a particular
note is contained in your notes area under the "Content" menu.</p>
<p>When you are editing a group or institution page, remember that
other group or institution members may have inserted this text inside
their own pages. If you edit it here, it will be updated on their
pages too.</p>
<p>You can also make a copy of the selected note and then
when you edit it, the changes will only affect this page.</p>

<h3>Read-only text box content</h3>
<p>You can sometimes include a text box note on a page even when the
note is owned by someone other than the page's owner. For example,
you may have permission to include notes belonging to one of your
groups inside your own personal page.</p>
<p>If you include such content, it will be updated automatically on
your page whenever it is changed by the owner. If you want to update
it yourself, you must do that through a page with the same owner as
the note.</p>
<p>Alternatively, you may take your own copy of this content and then
when you edit it, the changes will only affect this page.</p>

<h3>Searchable fields</h3>

<p>Profile fields marked as "searchable" will be available for all
logged-in users to search on.</p>

<p>First name, last name and display name are generally always
searchable. However, the exact behaviour of name searches is controlled
by the settings on the site options page for "Users can hide real
names" and "Search usernames", as well as individual user
preferences.</p>

<p>Other searchable profile fields listed here such as email address
can be used to find users in a search query, but they are not
displayed in search resuts.</p>
