Removing a user from kFlickr only removes the user details from kFlickr. This will prevent kFlickr from performing any operations on the user's behalf. The listing of kFlickr in your flickr.com account settings will remain. It is not necessary but for completeness you should edit your flickr.com account to remove the account link for kFlickr.
