Nifti2Dicom is a convertion tool that converts 3D NIfTI files (and other formats supported by ITK, including Analyze, MetaImage Nrrd and VTK) to DICOM. Unlike other conversion tools, it can import a DICOM file that is used to import the patient and study DICOM tags, and allows you to edit the accession number and other DICOM tags, in order to create a valid DICOM that can be imported in a PACS.

Nifti2Dicom est un outil de conversion de fichiers NIfTI pour[nbsp]3D (et d’autres formats gérés par ITK, dont Analyze, MetaImage Nrrd et VTK) en DICOM. Au contraire d’autres outils de conversion, il peut importer un fichier DICOM utilisé pour importer le patient et étudier les étiquettes DICOM, et permet d’éditer le numéro d’accession et autres étiquettes de DICOM, dans le but de créer un DICOM valable pouvant être importé dans un système PACS.
