The aim of this project is to provide a convenient and reliable way of calling C code from Python. It keeps Python logic in Python, and minimises the C required. It is able to work at either the C API or ABI level, unlike most other approaches, that only support the ABI level.

Le but de ce projet est de fournir une manière pratique et fiable pour appeler du code[nbsp]C à partir de Python. Il conserve la logique Python dans Python et minimise le code[nbsp]C requis. Il est capable de travailler aussi bien au niveau de l'API que de l'ABI[nbsp]C, à la différence de la plupart des autres approches qui ne prennent en charge que le niveau de l'ABI.
