Install and uninstall $distro like any other application, without the need for a dedicated partition. You will be able to boot into either Windows or $distro. Hibernation is not enabled in this mode and disk performance is slightly reduced.

To start the Live CD you need to reboot your machine leaving the CD in the tray. If your machine cannot boot from the CD, the last option should work in most cases.
