USER (numeric ID or user name), and run COMMAND with any specified ARGUMENTs.
Exit with status 111 if unable to assume the required user and group ID.
Otherwise, exit with the exit status of COMMAND.
This program is useful only when run by root (user ID zero).

Сбрасывает все дополнительные группы, устанавливает идентификаторы
пользователя и группы как у заданного ПОЛЬЗОВАТЕЛЯ и запускает КОМАНДУ
с указанными АРГУМЕНТАМИ. Возвращает значение 111, если оказалось
невозможным установить нужные идентификаторы пользователя и группы.
В противном случае возвращает код возврата КОМАНДЫ. Эта программа
имеет смысл только для пользователя root (UID=0)
