If you are not currently able to write code to fix the problem, you can help everyone else out by documenting the solution. All documentation and help pages in Kubuntu are written by volunteer community members gathered in the Kubuntu Documentation Team, and you can help out in a number of ways:

Check the existing documentation to see if it covers your problem. If it does, you can add to it, edit it or remove errors (such as typos, grammar and spelling, and technical errors), send any suggestions and changes to the Documentation Team mailing list.
