There is no dedicated rescue mode on this CD. However, since the entire system runs from the CD, it is possible to use the command-line and/or graphical tools provided to rescue a broken system, and to use a web browser to search for help. Extensive advice is available online for most kinds of problems that might cause your normal system to fail to boot correctly.
