If your mouse double-clicks when you want it to single-click even though you have increased the double-click timeout, your mouse may be faulty. Try plugging a different mouse into your computer and see if that works properly. Alternatively, plug your mouse into a different computer and see if it still has the same problem.

Als uw muis nog steeds dubbelklikt wanneer u eenmaal wilt klikken, zelfs nadat u de time-out voor dubbelklikken heeft verhoogt, kan het zijn dat de muis defect is. Probeer of u dit probleem ook heeft als u een andere muis op uw computer aansluit. Als alternatief kunt u ook uw huidige muis op een andere computer aansluiten, om te kijken of u daar hetzelfde probleem heeft.
