Help for translations

This is the translation file for all of the drupal interface. It does not include nodes, but it does include all of the information in the blocks, prompts, and labels.

When translating, FIRST please search for strings with "material", "download", "file" or "image" and translate those first. Most of the other strings are drupal installer or admin interface related, and has no impact on the ordinary user's experience, which is the priority.
