Translators: this is an option when the user chooses the language to use for
Rapid Photo Downloader and it allows them to reset it back to whatever their
system language settings are. The < and > are not HTML codes. They are there
simply to set this choice apart from all the other choices in the drop down
list. You can keep the < > if you like, or replace them with whatever you
typically use in your language.
