Badgr is a new service for storing open badges. When :ref:`the site admin allowed the use of Badgr <config_variable_openbadgedisplayer_source>`, you see "Badgr" as an option in your *Connected apps*. You need an account on `Badgr.io <https://badgr.io">`_ to use the service.
